I'm having a really bad time at work, which is hard to explain without going into lots of detail, but it has to do with my disabilities and workplace adjustments and the attitude of those I work with. I've been in fight/flight most of this week, even when I'm not working.
Today I'm travelling into the city for a doctor's appointment, and that'll be my entire day. According to my Visible app (referral link), I'm already close to running out of today's 'pace points' and I'm not even halfway through the journey to the appointment.
I'm watching all the unmasked people pass me, wondering how many of them will become disabled from repeated infections.
I'm worrying about placating the people I work with and keeping my job.
But also, a little robin fluttered down in front of me and stayed for a bit. So it's not all bad.
